The second choice is usually preferable since many movies have widely differing availability factors; some may be in stock while other movies may not be released for another month or two. If you would prefer to view your movies as soon as possible, be sure to choose the second 'partial-ship' option.

We will ship your order by US Postal Mail, US Priority Air Mail, or at your request, by UPS service. We normally do not ship via Fed Ex or DHL. On foreign orders, we use an international carrier that uses great care to ensure your package is delivered in a safe and timely manner.

If you are presently a customer, we will ship to whatever address you so desire. If you are a new customer, we can ship your order to your place of work, PO Box, or another more convenient destination: But, as a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order movies to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, notify us that your credit card company has that alternate shipping address on file. We will then verify that fact with your credit card company. To help expedite your order, please call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

Depending where you reside, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged to you once your order reaches your country. Additional fees, if due, for customs clearance must be paid by you. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we have no knowledge or control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Since you are considered the importer of record, you must comply with all of the laws and regulations of the country in which you reside.

To determine when you will receive an order, you need to consider the inventory status of the movies you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select. This is how to calculate the estimated date of arrival:

Example: If the movie you purchased is normally available in 1 to 3 days and it is shipped within the U.S. via air mail (2 to 3 days), then your total delivery days will be 3 to 6 business days: That is when you can expect to receive the movies at your front door or PO Box after the date you originally placed the order.
